DayCape is a co-company owned by Daimonic Creations AB based in Sweden (Organisations number 556972-0682).
We provide a webb and mobile based service to make it easy to view the daily tasks and to help someone plan the days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

If you decide that you would like to cancel your DayCape subscription, please follow the directions below. Once cancelled, you will retain full access to the DayCape application and communication features until your subscription period is completed. After this time, you will not be billed again unless you decide to resume service at a later date. Please see full descriptions below.

 

**Children associated with your account will retain access to the “child” app indefinitely.

 

After your subscription expires, the “parent” interface will no longer be able to communicate with the “child” interface(s). WHAT HAPPENS TO THE DATA, AND WHEN?

 

FOR CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly subscribers will have full access until the end of the billing period associated with the most recent payment.

Example: If a person is billed on May 2nd and the decision is made to end a subscription on May 14th, she will have access to DayCape until the end of the current monthly billing period (June 1st). You will not be billed again unless you resume service.

 

FOR CANCELLATION OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Annual subscribers will have full access until the end of the billing period for the year.

Example: If a person is billed on May 2nd, 2018 and the decision is made to end a subscription on October 22nd 2018, he will have access to DayCape until the end of the annual billing period (May 1st, 2019). You will not be billed again unless you resume service.

 

FOR PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS

When cancelling a parent, child, or any other service inside of your subscription, the same rules apply as explained in the sections “Monthly” and “Annual Subscriptions” but the cancellation will only refer to specific service(s) you wish to discontinue.

 

Example: If a person has a monthly plan and decides to cancel one “parent” subscription, this parent subscription will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period. You will not be billed again for this feature unless you resume service.

 

Example: If a person has an annual plan and decides to cancel one “child” subscription, this child subscription will remain active until the end of the annual billing period. You will not be billed again for this feature unless you resume service.
